Received the wrong item
I recently bought an offer for Schulmädchenreport 1-13 (supposedly uncut) and had to find out today, to my horror, that the offer is wrong, and for an amount of €385, you should really be able to expect the complete package. It wasn't, and the seller refuses to take back the incorrect goods. I consider that fraud. Can anyone help??

If you’ve received an item that does not match the description, then you open the return exactly for that reason.
The seller has to pay for the return shipping and refund it.
And you should urgently think about whether your sales are really private in nature.
The seller could see it that way too, and cease-and-desist letters are expensive.
