Hello everyone,I hope someone can help me.I bought a PSA collectible card on eBay for €931.19. Instead of the card, however, I received three items of clothing.I reported the case immediately and submitted all the required evidence. The seller then contacted DHL and asked me to send the items I received to DHL for inspection and damage assessment. I also complied with this request.Nevertheless, my return case was closed. What is even more incomprehensible to me is that I have already contacted eBay several times, but so far I have received no response at all. In addition, I no longer have any way to appeal the decision.I have demonstrably not received the item I purchased. As I understand it, such a case should be covered by eBay buyer protection.Has anyone had similar experiences or knows how I can get eBay to conduct another manual review? I would be very grateful for any help.Thank you in advance.
