Incorrect return price entered.
I granted the buyer a price reduction because of a sold, unfortunately defective item, but I entered an amount that was too high. How can I change the amount afterwards?

if you have granted a buyer too high a discount, you can only try to sort it out with the buyer directly.
However, you can cancel the purchase because of this mistake. That said, this has negative consequences for you on Ebay, and the buyer can also invoke the concluded purchase agreement under civil law.
