Since we don't know what kind of item it is, there's nothing we can say about it!

Only: if it's a digital item, ebay is obliged to collect the VAT! 75 € + 19% = 89,25 €

And one more thing about your offer Perplexity: there is no subsequent agreement on shipping costs on ebay! You write free registered mail and if you don't ship it that way you'll wait 30 days or longer for your payout! And sending by message doesn't provide any shipping or delivery proof that ebay requires - I'd leave that alone!
