Wrong item delivered
I ordered a display from China. The package arrived today, but it wasn't the display, just plastic tools for removing car trim. How do I sort out this wrong delivery with eBay?

That’s to be expected with Chinese sellers.
he can’t issue you a return slip and if he wants the item back he must send you the costs in advance
however, that doesn’t work through eBay
Chinese sellers try by all means to avoid the refund and try to drag it out until buyer protection has expired
Don’t agree to anything and insist on the refund!

open a case on the grounds that the item does not match the description.
Then let's see how the seller from China responds to it.

Where on eBay do I open “item does not match the description”? In the item return options, I can’t find this selection.

Of course, this only applies if you're not using the app but a PC / laptop
