Hello everyone,I have a problem with a return and can’t currently get any further through the regular eBay support (error messages / redirects to irrelevant pages). I ordered a book through eBay (GSP / Global Shipping Program). What was delivered was not the book I ordered, but a different one. The seller has already confirmed that it is probably a warehouse or listing error (GSP). When opening the return, I accidentally selected the wrong return reason:“Ordered the wrong item” instead of “Received the wrong item / item does not match the description”.I am now trying to correct the return reason, but there is no option to change it,the help/contact area only leads to an AI assistant without a solution, and support pages sometimes result in error messages. How can the return reason be corrected afterward to “received the wrong item”?Can eBay manually correct this, especially for GSP orders?Is there a risk that I will incur return shipping costs because of the wrong return reason, even though the mistake was not mine? I want to process the return correctly as a seller/GSP error and avoid unnecessary return shipping costs.Thank you for any tips or experience!Kornel
