Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you because my eBay account was suspended and my items listed for sale were removed.
Unfortunately, I cannot understand why my account was suspended. The product I offered is 100% pure and natural honey. The product description does not contain any misleading or false information.
What I especially cannot understand is that other sellers continue to offer the same or comparable honey on eBay without their listings being removed or their accounts suspended.
I would therefore kindly ask you to review my case again and let me know the specific reason why my account was suspended.
I am prepared to provide all required documents and proof regarding the origin and quality of the honey and, of course, to comply with all eBay policies.

The reasons for the deletion and the suspension are certainly explicitly stated in the email you received.

Register as a commercial seller and find out what you need to sell food and which details must be included in the listings!
