Lack of communication from the buyer
Someone ordered from me 2 days ago and already paid, but I had different varieties and he isn’t replying to tell me which one he wants. The number given is his mom’s, and she can’t reach him either.
Should I send him a surprise package now?

Mentor2 days agoHi, hi.
Your offer is a bit misleading. It does say in the item description price per packet, but many buyers don't like to read.
So it's quite possible that the buyer doesn't actually want a single packet and therefore isn't responding to your follow-up.
After 4 days, you can cancel the purchase with the reason buyer has not paid.
If you list it again, then mention the selection right in the title.

Mentor2 days ago · EditedNope, you can’t cancel for that reason if payment was made! On the contrary, the buyer opens a request because of an item not received and then the drama starts.
And you should just list your offers clearly and not have to communicate a lot afterward.
That’s what the option is there for to create listings with variants. Plus, with food, even packaged, that’s a tricky thing and can quickly get expensive because of labeling requirements, etc., since those also apply to private sellers and supposedly private! Father State needs money and even supposedly minor things get hit with a warning letter sometimes!
