Missing €50 voucher from sales promotion (promotion period until 08/05/2026)

I received an advertisement or invitation in April for the sales promotion “Your €50 voucher awaits – sell now!”. According to the promotion terms, I was supposed to receive a €50 voucher if I sold at least one item for at least €10 by 08/05/2026.
Within the promotion period, I successfully sold an item for more than €10. To this day (20/5/26), I have not received the promised €50 voucher.
How can I remind EBAY about the voucher?

The voucher is issued 14 days after the item is sold. Have those 14 days already passed?
