Hello dear people,I have received the „Sell a €50 voucher“ promotion multiple times over the past few months (sell at least one item for €10 within the deadline) and finally took part at the beginning of the month.I sold an item on 01/05/2026 within the deadline, which was also paid for immediately. The sale has now been fully completed. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the voucher to this day.I have already called customer service. The agent wanted to see a screenshot of the email. However, these voucher emails only ever appear for me in the Android app under „Inbox“ and disappear as soon as the participation period has expired. So unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot, since I had received the email after all.The promotion ran until 02/05/2026. As I said, I had already sold on 01/05/2026. The agent said I should wait until 21/05, because the purchase would only then be finally completed. Up to now, however, I still haven’t received a voucher.I hope that you or customer service can help. Thanks!
