Missing payment received in account through eBay
Summary: schlangoid reports that he sold two shirts at the end of August and initiated the payout through eBay, but had still not received the money by mid-September. eBay's AI help couldn't help him any further. perfect-sally recommended providing the item numbers so that an eBay employee can review the case. schlangoid then provided the item numbers.
Hi,
on August 27 and 28 I sold two Fred Perry polo shirts, and on August 29 and 30 I arranged the payout to my bank account via eBay.
As of today, September 16, the money has not arrived in my account.
Unfortunately, eBay's AI help hasn't helped me at all, because it only tells me to ask my bank, which for amounts that haven't been received simply isn't possible for data protection reasons alone.
I couldn't find any other options at eBay besides this one
I would be grateful for help.
