Error when returning the item
Hello, I ordered brakes for my vehicle that were delivered incorrectly, and now I’m trying to send the brakes back, but every time I click the return item button, I get an error message. What can I do to return the item?

Mentor1 month agoFirst of all: who is to blame for the wrong delivery?
Did you order the wrong thing, or did the seller deliver what you didn’t order?
If it’s your fault, then open a return with the correct reason.
If it’s the seller’s fault, then open a return with the reason that the item does not match the description.
As a first step, though, I’d clear the cache & delete cookies.
