Error after instant bank transfer

I wanted to buy the following item:
I paid with Klarna instant bank transfer, and that worked too. When it redirected me back to eBay, I got an error message. So I didn't buy the item, but Klarna still charged me. What can I do now?

·Sep 13, 2026 at 11:51 AMHello @fuzzzi2011 , thank you very much for your post. You don't need to worry, the debited amount will be automatically refunded within the next 10 working days. In the meantime, you should pay for the item again if the status unpaid reads.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection. Do not close the pop-up window before you see a confirmation of the purchase from Klarna and do not choose the back button before you are automatically redirected to eBay checkout.
