The tracking showed for Monday, 09/03 that the package was “in the delivery vehicle” and later “delivery was attempted.” However, according to my conversation with DHL customer service, the package was never loaded into a delivery vehicle at any point, but was still at the parcel center
Because of your incorrect status updates, I wasted unnecessary time waiting. How can it be that eBay invents or misinterprets status updates that do not exist at all with the shipping provider DHL?

Ich denke ebay erfindet hier garnichts, denn ebay kann auch nur mit den Daten arbeiten die vom Paketdienst zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Oder glaubst du im ernst, dass irgendein Mitarbeiter nach Gutdünken solche Statusmeldungen kreiert?
