Error message during rating
Hello everyone,
I have 2 transactions where a rating is not possible. Whenever I want to leave my rating, I get an error message saying I should try again later. This has been the case since the end of August. The sales still show up in my seller cockpit as unrated.
Contacting eBay through the bot is insufficient.

Mentor2 weeks agoHey @collect.and.passion when exactly were the sales? The 60-day deadline hasn’t passed yet, has it?
Have you tried rating with the app or trying another browser too?

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the reply, I tried it right away. When I submitted the rating, it says transaction not found, also in the other browser. I’ll contact customer support

Either item deleted, buyer deleted, or purchase older than 60 days.

The BOT is useless, if it doesn't work you have to contact customer service.
