Error message when adding my credit card
Dear eBay team, when adding my credit card I get the following error message: "We could not verify your updated details. Please check them and try again."
The details are correct after checking them several times. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Rainer

Mentor2 weeks agoUnfortunately, nothing more can be done here because there are no longer any eBay staff here as of today.
Unfortunately, you have to contact customer service. The contact info is in the legal notice, or write to the bot multiple times: callback or employee.
