Error messages are becoming more frequent
Summary: coerdtr reports recurring error messages when using an online service, both when searching for articles and when logging in. The error message says "SORRY ... Something went wrong on our end", occurring while searching for products such as "iron-on numbers" and when trying to sign in. perfect-sally and petersmodellbahnstuebchen ask for details, and hasjana points out that the online service prefers Windows/Mac systems, which can lead to more frequent errors on other systems or browsers.
I've been getting error messages when searching for articles for days now, and now even when logging in! What am I doing wrong?

eBay prefers Windows / Mac and then Edge, Firefox, Safari and Chrome; on other operating systems or browsers, error messages can occur more often and in greater numbers

OP1 week agoThat "SORRY ..." stuff IS the entire error message. I kept getting it for product searches like "Aufbügelnummern". A week ago it was sporadic, now it comes up every other search. And, as of yesterday, I get it when trying to log in.

Mentor2 weeks agoCan you specify the error messages a bit more concretely?
Which action triggers which error message?
