An error has crept into the shipment details
I sold a video game, sent it as a large letter, it also arrived and the buyer is happy and has since left a positive review, but the payout remains open because there was some kind of error with the shipment data and the shipment status is still open. Do I need to do anything now, or will eBay sort it out on its own?

Mentor3 weeks agoSuch letters only have basic tracking and often no proof of delivery.
Without this, the payout can take up to 30 days and a rating won’t speed it up either.
