Hello everyone,I have a problem right now:We bought 11 shirts in size 42eBay item no.:318016969918 The item description reads as follows NEW Men's dress shirtsSeller's item description11 brand-new men's dress shirts with tags for sale Only 1 shirt was delivered today by registered mail..so 10 shirts are missing.. How can we make a complaint about this item, since this is a shortfall of 10 shirts. There is a tracking number (registered mail with delivery notice) -> if I go under item not received -> only for 1 item / 1 shirt Thank you very much for your help.
