Misstrike of a coin from the year 1852
I have a minting error on a coin from 1852.
It is also not legal tender.
It differs significantly from the original in appearance and weight. So it is not identical to the original.
I also can’t find any rule on eBay that would prohibit the sale. Can these minting errors be sold?

as long as it's not legal tender, you should be allowed to set them up.
But maybe get some advice from a professional about what kind of little "gem" you have there.
You can then include this information in the description, if it can be substantiated.
