"Flat rate" is completely missing from the selection
Summary: adler-heimtiernahrung reports a problem when creating fixed-price listings, which suddenly are no longer available while only the 'Auction' option is shown. Despite sufficient selling limits and various attempts to solve the problem, including deleting cookies and switching browsers, the issue remains. perfect-sally and petersmodellbahnstuebchen suspect that it could be a security measure by eBay, possibly due to address issues. nina@ebay confirms that there are no known problems on eBay's side and again advises checking the browser and cache. adler-heimtiernahrung has already carried out these steps without success.
Hello everyone,
I sell commercially (UG) and suddenly can no longer create fixed-price listings. The "Fixed Price" format is completely missing from the selection, and only "Auction" is being offered.
Here’s what I’ve already checked:
Up until now, it has worked without any problems.
My selling limits are still sufficient.
The quantity is locked and cannot be edited.
Changing categories or creating a completely new draft makes no difference.
Does anyone know this problem (technical bug or account review?) and have a quick solution?

I’m guessing this is a security measure from Ebay, if I look at your imprint (address) and your only review.
Maybe the lovely @nina@ebay can give you more info on this or offer you some advice on how you should proceed, thanks Nina. ❤️

I don't think the address given in the imprint corresponds to a German address.

OP2 weeks agoSince my tax number is registered to this address and eBay couldn't match my business address with their website, I registered it here. I can't provide my actual company address. Since this is a problem caused by eBay for both parties, will we be charged the fees?

OP2 weeks agoWhen I entered my company address in my eBay account, it said my tax number didn’t match. I corrected that. The address currently shown is not my company address, but the address that is registered with my tax number. This problem has existed from the very beginning on eBay’s side.
