Company name on seller invoice
Hello community,
how do I, as a business customer, get my company name onto the sellers' billing addresses?
So far, my personal name has always been there.

Mentor2 weeks agoHello @stobagmbh Contact the respective seller and please ask them to have the invoice issued to your company. Make sure that it is a commercial seller, since private sellers are not obligated to issue an invoice.
To do this, click directly in the listing under the item description on Ask a question or, after purchase, send a note to the seller directly in the checkout process.
It is not possible in your settings.

that's exactly what I have to do with every invoice, and it's very time-consuming for both sides.
So my question is whether it can't be stored correctly already?!?
Is there a way to change my name???

Mentor2 weeks agoThe addresses you specified as the billing address and the delivery address appear on the sellers' invoice, and no others.
If you want the name on the invoice, the company name and this address must be specified as the delivery address.

OP2 weeks agoThank you very much for the answer.
But unfortunately that’s exactly not what happens, and it transfers my personal name to the invoicing party.
For now I’m making do with the address addition, but that can’t really be right.
Especially since my personal name also has to be changed if I ever leave the company.
The question is therefore: where can I change the personal name?
