Question about a failed shipment
I took a package with an Ebay shipping label to DHL. They accepted it too and brought it back to me the next day. Now I’ve been told that the package does not comply with the terms and conditions and that I can only send it as bulky goods. How do I reach Ebay to let them know this?
I’ve now decided to deliver the package to the buyer myself. But how do I get my money that Ebay is still holding?
Can someone help me?

Mentor3 weeks agoFirst of all, you’re responsible yourself for proper packaging and for complying with weight and size requirements.
And the way you imagine it, that doesn’t really work. If the buyer hasn’t chosen pickup, there’s no pickup code and you have to wait up to 30 days for your money. If the tracking number has already been entered for the item, then according to tracking the package is also never delivered, or not even shown as accepted at the branch.
