Question about canceling a purchase
Hi,
today a user bought an article and then canceled the purchase again after a few hours.
eBay had still withheld his payment to me, but the amount was already deducted from my existing balance after I confirmed the cancellation of the purchase. Is that normal? And if so, when does eBay transfer the difference back to you?

Mentor1 week agoOf course, @handschlag92 the amount will be refunded to the buyer, the same amount they paid if the purchase is canceled.
What difference exactly do you mean now?
