Question about the refunded voucher in the event of a return
Hello everyone,
I returned an item for which I used a voucher. In the refund overview, only the amount I paid is shown – but not the voucher value.
Can someone confirm whether the voucher used will be credited back after the return?

OP2 months agoBut in my opinion, that's not fair. The item was not as described and had defects, and in the end I, as the buyer, have to suffer for it.

Since the voucher code you used was only valid until June 23, 2026, and therefore has already expired at this point, it is unfortunately no longer possible to redeem the voucher again after returning the item or receiving a refund .

Mentor2 months agoIn general, vouchers are not refunded, but Verena will certainly know more about it since there are many different vouchers.
