questionable seller
who has experience with this seller. after my order ... wrong item delivered. after a dispute lasting several days, delivered the correct device. But this device is defective, presumably a return, because the packaging was also already very used. What I particularly dislike, though, is that the dealer has switched off the return function and is thus bypassing the legal rules. For me, that borders on fraud, even if it is only a low-priced item.

OP2 weeks agoI can't enter anything in the order history, because the seller noted:
'This listing was removed due to a policy violation'. That means the return no longer works, as is usually the case ...

OP2 weeks ago · Editeda few days ago, first wrong delivery ... the note was already attached there too and then a replacement delivery today, note still attached ...
so ebay is probably preventing the return. why does ebay do that??

OP2 weeks agowhat is this pointless message for ... for me it wasn't relevant at all whether it was bought from the Chinese guy or from a German ... I wanted a device like this and didn't think about the dealer.
