Today customer service followed my argument that the reader alone is not a medical product.Reply from customer service:"I’d be happy to help you with that.if it is actually as you described, we ask you to relist the offer and add a corresponding explanation.Alternatively, you are welcome to send us proof that these are not sensors, but merely the receiving device,which only replaces the app on the phone.Thank you for contacting eBay Customer Service."My argument:1. No independent medical functionThe FreeStyle Libre 3 reader is a pure receiving and display device.It does not measure glucose values itself and does not independently perform any diagnostic or therapeutic function.Without the separately available FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor, no data is collectedno blood sugar or tissue glucose measurement takes placeno medically relevant values are generatedThe reader alone is technically not capable of recording health data.
