Guest ordered. Direct contact eBay
Hello, I ordered an iPhone as a guest. Have not received the item. Any attempt to contact the seller has failed. Also via the option on eBay. Unfortunately, even logging in through the app doesn't get me any further now, and for the return process I need a phone number or email address for a customer service center. Thank you very much

The real question is why you aren’t reporting an item not received? You don’t need to contact eBay for that. However, for the complaint you need the confirmation email that you received in your email program.
Unfortunately, we can’t and aren’t allowed to do more here with guest purchases than point you to the relevant steps.
