Good morning, I sold something on eBay for the first time and wanted €20 for my item, I received €25.79 including shipping from the seller, then I bought a label from eBay (I don’t know if that costs anything) but only received €14.21. I’d be really happy to get a reply. Kind regards, Andrea

First of all, labels cost money, of course, and if it's created on eBay, that gets deducted straight from the proceeds.
Check under Payments - All transactions, everything that’s debited and paid out is listed there.
Either you promoted your listing or used additional options that are subject to a fee.
