The description clearly states that details/photo are required.Unfortunately, some buyers don't respond after purchase and, despite multiple messages, don't send any details. The item can't be made like that.My question:If I cancel the purchase as the seller because the buyer doesn't provide any information and doesn't respond, will I still be charged the selling fees or will eBay refund them in full?Thanks in advance for your experiences.
