Used and defective goods delivered but advertised as unused
I receive a delivery with defective goods that are described as factory seconds and unused.
The shipment includes the entire correspondence in the form of an email in which another customer has already complained.

Mentor1 month agoOpen a return claiming that the item is not as described. The seller has to pay for the return shipping and refund after receiving it!
