Items where the trademark has been removed or altered
Items without original packaging
Used cosmetic items and cosmetic applicators (e.g. sponges or pens) that were not thoroughly cleaned before sale
Counterfeit cosmetic items and perfumes passed off as branded products
Cosmetic items and perfumes that were placed on the market outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA) and imported into the United Kingdom without the rights holder's consent (so-called parallel imports).
Cosmetic items and perfumes that were repackaged into other containers (e.g. bottles, flasks, cans or tubes)
Cosmetic and perfume testers
Samples marked as “Not for sale”, “For personal use only” or similar
Products for skin lightening
