Purchased item is defective shortly before the warranty expires
Hello, I have an item that broke three weeks before the statutory warranty expired. I contacted the seller directly via email, as well as through the eBay portal. The seller is not responding. Is there a way to notify these sellers through eBay?

Mentor1 week agoeBay can write to the seller, but whether and how he responds, you'll see. You have to enforce your consumer rights yourself; eBay doesn't help with that.

You have to sort that out with the seller.
