Purchased item that was deleted
Summary: kaufenistcrazy reports that an extension cable bought in September was delivered to an old address, even though the address was updated on eBay and with the seller. I bought an extension cord in early September.
Unfortunately, the item was sent to my previous address (preferred address). After the purchase, I deleted the old address and informed eBay and the seller. - Today I see on eBay that I supposedly never bought the cable. The transaction was deleted, but the €22.99 was charged. What can I do? Regards, Christof

did you pay for the cable with Klarna (instant bank transfer)? That can sometimes go wrong for whatever reason. Normally, after about 10 days, Klarna should refund the money. Have you checked whether you received a refund?

OP2 weeks agoHi! Yes, the transfer went through Klarna! There hasn’t been any refund. What I don’t understand is that my order has disappeared from my account. How can something like that happen! What else can I do? (I messaged the seller "davene" again yesterday on their seller page on eBay)

If the payment failed, then the purchase basically never took place. The seller won't even know what you want from them, since they don't have a sold item.
You should then contact Klarna directly regarding a refund.
