Hello everyone, I bought a pressure cooker gasket on Ebay. The description said that it would fit universally and seal especially well. It does not do that with our pressure cooker. I complained about this to the seller and they offered me a partial refund. But since the ring is leaking, we can’t use it. I want to return it. But when I click the reply button in the emails, I always get the message that there is currently a problem and the conversation could not be loaded. I should try again later. By now I’ve probably tried 10 times already, but the problem keeps coming back. I also tried to contact Ebay via the email addresses and also https://www.ebay.de/help/home . At https://www.ebay.de/help/home I did get an email back saying that they were looking into the case, but that was over a week ago now and there has been no contact or solution from Ebay. I find this very disappointing and ask for your support. Does anyone know a solution? Best regards Andreas
