Withhold money until 29/09.

I have been selling on eBay for years and now have 771 ratings.
Now, after 3 sales, the money from 1 sale was withheld from me until 29.09. with the following reason:
Thank you for shipping the order! Since you haven't been selling on eBay for long, the amount will be withheld until 29 Sep. To provide your buyer with the best possible buying experience, please upload the tracking information.
I just don't understand that at all.
What can I do

as you've probably already noticed today, your payout has been released. Your previous sales history was temporarily not taken into account correctly. However, that has now been corrected.

It’s clearly stated in the link. Above all, you also don’t have seller protection if you ship without a tracking number and proof of delivery; in the worst case, you’re out both the money and the goods.
In most cases, payment holds are lifted when a buyer confirms that they have received their item, or when a case has been resolved. As proof of whether a buyer has received their item, we use tracking information. If you want to receive your money faster, we recommend that you ship your item within your handling time and upload tracking information. If you use eBay shipping labels, the tracking details are uploaded automatically. You can use your withheld amounts to buy shipping labels on eBay.

many thanks for your post.
Payments are normally released 1-2 days after delivery is shown by the shipping provider. However, you sent the case without tracking or proof of delivery. Therefore, the payment will be held a bit longer.
My tip - if you used a shipping label with a matrix code and still have that code, please upload this tracking number as well. Then we can verify the delivery more quickly.

Since eBay took over payment processing, every seller is counted as new if they start selling, or even if someone only sells every few months/years with breaks in between.

Strange: out of 3 sales this week, only one was withheld. I have about 10 sales almost every month and 771 ratings. What's new about that?

That’s exactly why I referred to “new seller,” assuming that you hadn’t sold much before, which you’ve only just communicated now too @lamder_83
