Withholding money - it always takes longer

Hey there,
lately I've sold a few things and the money was withheld for about 2 weeks. Ok, I've been a member for a long time, but I haven't sold much during that time.
Now with the current sale, the duration is getting even longer instead of shorter, despite a good rating. Now it's exactly 30 days that the money is being withheld by Ebay. I also provided the tracking number as always.
I don't understand the system, why is the period getting longer instead of shorter despite more positive sales? Could it be because some people don't leave a rating at all? That would still be excessive on Ebay's part.
My service status in the seller cockpit is Above average. Can someone explain this to me?

OP2 weeks agoOkay, I just think it’s weird that the deadline suddenly got extended, especially since I’ve already sold more expensive items and had to wait less time. It’s still not transparent.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may have been a member for a while, but only have 4 recent ratings as a seller.
And ratings or confirmation from the buyer are not accepted by eBay as proof of delivery.

you sell higher-priced items. eBay is often happy to wait out the 30-day buyer protection period. And the fact that the buyer left a review for individual items is not recognized by the system like that.
