The buyer has also confirmed to me that he received the goods. But I shipped it without tracking. How can I receive my money now?

OP3 weeks agoThank you very much for the reply. It was only important to me that I receive the money at all. Could you also tell me why you have to wait exactly 30 days? The buyer wrote to me that he can’t mark it as received, which is why I thought I wouldn’t get my money at all

Mentor3 weeks agoAfter 30 days, buyer protection expires. The buyer can’t confirm receipt. I don’t know why a manual payout isn’t possible now either, if the buyer has confirmed receipt by message.
But you’ll get your money either way. It just takes a little while.

Mentor3 weeks agoThere is no function to mark items as received; that's what the shipment tracking is for!
And buyer protection runs for 30 days and normally starts from receipt, which isn't visible for you anyway.

Without tracking, it’s always bad. If you’re unlucky, you really do have to wait the 30 days before you get your money. If the buyer has confirmed receipt in the messaging system, @alena@ebay may be able to take a look and speed up the payout. But I don’t know that for sure.
