Money from the sale is being withheld by eBay
How is it that ebay withholds payments from the buyer to me, the seller? ebay shows the status as not yet received, even though the buyer left positive feedback. The buyer confirmed receipt of the items to me by email. What should I do? How can one convince ebay that the buyer has received the items that were sent? Many thanks in advance, Kalle

the buyer doesn’t have to do anything here.
It’s your job as the seller to enter the tracking data, if available, in the purchase details.

Mentor1 month agoWithout a tracking number and proof of delivery, ebay can't be convinced! A rating and an email are not accepted.
Without this proof, it can take up to 30 days for the payout.

Mentor1 month agoThere is an extra option on the item to specify the tracking number and the carrier.
But if you actually sent it by letter as stated, then there is only basic tracking and possibly no delivery confirmation, since letters are only scanned at the mail center before delivery and not when they are actually delivered to the buyer.
