Money isn't coming through
I sold an item and I was also told that the seller had paid. Unfortunately, there is no receipt of the money in my Ebay account.
What can I do?
Normally, everything always works very smoothly.

Exactly. The sale of the item was yesterday. And I can see in my transactions that it is being processed.
What’s confusing me is that normally when someone buys something, after payment the money is credited to the eBay account and then you can create the shipping label and send the goods.
But in my case the money was not booked to the eBay account. It still says 00,00 €
But normally the money is always there quickly.
I don’t understand that.
I’m not missing anything else from another item. It’s just about why there is no money in my eBay account.

I can see a sale from 13.07.26 in your customer account, the payout has been initiated and is still being processed. There is no holdback. The last payout was made after the sale from June.
Please send me an item number if you are missing the payout from another sale.

OP3 weeks agoEverything looks totally normal.
The item was bought
The notification says the item was paid for.
In the transactions, the item is listed and in progress.
But in my eBay account it just says €0 and I've never had that before.
Normally, something was bought, paid for, the money was parked in between with eBay and I just go from there, pay for the label and done.
But now that there's no money at all in the account is weird.

take a look under Payments - All transactions to see which incoming and outgoing entries were posted to your account.
