Didn't get the money because the letter is at the post office?
Hello, I sold an item by registered mail on 17/7 and now (26/7) the DHL app says “The shipment could not be delivered and is being transported to a Deutsche Post branch for collection by the recipient and made available there.” and I didn’t put any details about myself on the letter, what do I do now to get the money?

Mentor2 weeks agoWhy doesn’t anyone put a sender on the letter? In my branch, mail like that isn’t accepted at all!
As long as it hasn’t been delivered and the buyer has their item, you won’t get any money because there’s no proof of delivery. And you’re actually sending it at that price so underinsured by registered mail? You won’t get any compensation from the post office either if it comes to that.
What does the buyer say about it?
