Hello,
So, I have several items that I sent without tracking, but they arrived with the buyer. The buyers also left me positive feedback, and I even messaged them again to ask whether the item really arrived. How long does it take until eBay releases the money then? Because some items arrived a month ago already.
It’s also only the items that were shipped abroad.

Mentor2 weeks agoHello @luwa_cards we’ve already told you several times that you have to ship with a tracking number/proof of delivery in order to have seller protection and so that payouts are made faster.
On 4/9 you yourself said that you would ship ONLY with a tracking number, etc. from now on.

or are these still old shipments from 4 weeks ago?

OP2 weeks agoThose are all older orders.
Since I was restricted, everything is only being sent with tracking.

Mentor2 weeks agoA confirmation from the buyer or a review are not accepted as proof of delivery.
You need proof of shipment and delivery, and without that it can take up to 30 days for the payout to happen.

OP2 weeks agoSo the money will be released at the latest after 30 days, since, as I said, I shipped everything without a tracking number?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou mention a restriction there? If there is already a restriction in place, it may also take longer until the reasons for the restriction have been cleared up.

OP2 weeks agoThat’s about the last orders that were sent without tracking numbers. I also called eBay support, and they told me that it’s because they were shipped without a tracking number. My only concern is that eBay will withhold the money completely even though the goods have long since reached the buyer.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyers don't report an item they haven't received, you'll naturally get your money too. As written, it can just take a while.
