Money back for an item that is different than described without sending it back

Hello, I have a question. I bought a table on eBay and it was delivered by a van. The transport went fine, but after I saw the tabletop I was really angry because in the pictures of the listing and the description it didn’t say that the tabletop had bumps from moisture spread across the entire surface…. And I wrote to the seller, but he simply isn’t replying at all even though he has a lot of good reviews, and I don’t know whether I can get a partial refund, because I can’t hire someone again to take this table and drive to that guy, especially since he lives 4 hours away from me and it just isn’t worth it, since I’d spend more money than I’d get back
I’d be really happy if someone could help me out

Please open a return so that you don’t miss a deadline here. Then there will first be a conciliation phase in which you all have 3 business days to find a solution together.
If that doesn’t work, feel free to get back here again.

And only the seller can offer a partial refund if they want to.
Open a return claiming that the item is not as described, and the seller has to take care of the return transport if it wasn't an item to be picked up.
Please state the item number if possible.

OP2 weeks agoOh, I see, too bad. I organized the van privately through Click Trans, and it was a pickup item where a pickup code also had to be entered

Mentor2 weeks agoI think you can already request the return, but if you picked up the item more or less yourself or had it arranged, the renewed transport back to the seller will also be on your dime.
