Withholding of funds
I sold and shipped an item, but without tracking, because it was a code that could simply be sent over and was therefore directly with the buyer. The buyer confirmed that the code arrived, yet eBay is still withholding the money. Why is that, and what can be done about it?

Mentor3 weeks agoThere’s nothing you can do about it if it’s sent without proof of dispatch and delivery. A confirmation from the buyer is not accepted.
The payout can therefore take up to 30 days.
