The vacuum cleaner is broken and has a system error, so I tried to contact the seller because I want to make use of his 2-year warranty, but I can't reach him because it seems he has deregistered from eBay, and now I don't know what to do anymore.

Mentor1 week agoHi @silberstar2008 if he is no longer registered on eBay, then eBay can't write to him for you either to point out your consumer-law warranty claims.

Mentor1 week agoSellers don’t provide a warranty, only manufacturers do that!
And if the purchase or delivery was more than 30 days ago, buyer protection has expired and eBay won’t help.
If the purchase was less than 180 days ago and was paid with PayPal, you can try to see whether it’s still possible to open a dispute there.
Once all deadlines have passed, the seller’s rights have to be enforced yourself; eBay or the payment providers are not responsible for that.
