German tax rules
I can't sell any items. A red message appears: "Unfortunately this account appears to be in violation of our policy that you must comply with German tax rules.....".
My tax details and address have been checked multiple times. There are no issues and the bank account is verified. What is wrong here?

I can’t see that you’ve entered your VAT ID. Please do this at the following link . After that you should be able to sell again. Feel free to get in touch if anything is still unclear.

OP2 weeks agoHello, entering the UID didn’t help at all. But I noticed that I had mistakenly entered my UID in the W-IdNr. This CANNOT be undone anymore. You can only click "Cancel" or DE - 9 digits and then save. How can this be fixed?

thanks for the info.
Soon you should be able to sell again. Your VAT ID has been accepted. At the moment, it is only possible to overwrite the WEEE number. We are still checking whether deletion is possible.
