Blocked eBay a
Summary: the_set_card_man received an email from eBay warning not to send goods to a particular account. the_set_card_man realized that a frequent buyer uses different eBay names but the same name and address. The concern is whether shipments should be continued after eBay's warning. samantha@ebay advised that the_set_card_man need not worry about the situation, as eBay will handle it. the_set_card_man decides to proceed with sending the cards.
I got an email from eBay saying that I should not send goods to a certain eBay account. I had to find out that it is about a person to whom I often sell, but each time with a different eBay name, but the same name and address. Now this person has bought from me again, but not under the blocked name. I should not contact him/her. How do I know whether it is only one account that is blocked or the person?? eBay AI, you can throw that in the trash for stuff like this.

What exactly would you like to know? The purchase has already been cancelled and you can relist the item.
What exactly is going on with the buyer's account, I’m unfortunately unable to tell you for data protection reasons.

OP2 weeks ago@melina@ebay Actually, it’s not about this item. The buyer has bought a lot of cards from me over the last few weeks. Most of the time I just look at the buyer and think, “oh, her again,” then after the email I noticed that she had always bought with a different account. There were no problems with money or with items not arriving. Now she’s bought some more cards and I don’t know whether I should send them off or not. Thanks for your effort.
