Hello, does anyone know how to fix this?
My seller account was locked because the US ID was missing. I entered it in the settings 2 weeks ago already. However, the error message has not changed.
What do I need to do?

Mentor3 weeks agoFirst of all, if everything is correct, it should have been reactivated long ago since it is checked regularly.
It’s not just because of a missing VAT ID either, because all the details in eBay have to match the details at the BZSt 100% exactly. Even the slightest deviation is rejected.
