Warranty
I bought 2 LED ceiling lights on 21/04/2026, and at the beginning of August one light broke. The warranty is 2 years, but my item is not being exchanged. The seller isn’t getting back to me at all. You can’t get hold of the guys through eBay either. What should I do, is the only thing left really to go to a lawyer?

Mentor6 days ago@terafoto you have to assert your consumer rights yourself, ebay can't help you with that. ebay can write to the seller, but that's about it.
If the seller is also based abroad, then it's even more difficult.
