Warranty claim with no response from the seller
We bought a radio via eBay, which we would like to return because it drains our car battery. Unfortunately, the seller is not responding to our repeated inquiries. Does anyone have any idea what I can do
Thanks for the support. (Unfortunately, I can't find any way to contact them on eBay either)

if you're already naming a seller here, which isn't allowed, it should at least be correct and complete.
Otherwise (almost) everyone will lose interest in helping you with your problem. Don't forget: you asked the community, not the other way around.

Mentor1 week agoIf the purchase, or rather the delivery, was more than 30 days ago, there’s nothing more that can be done on eBay. eBay is not responsible for consumer rights.
And eBay is a company too and has to have a legal notice where you can find contact options.

Mentor1 week agoAs mentioned, if the purchase / delivery was more than 30 days ago, eBay can and will no longer help. Consumer rights have to be enforced by you yourself.
